Refund/Exchange Policy:

We have two distinctly different policies

1.     Small pre-fabricated teak woodwork components which carry an Custom Teak Marine, Inc. identifiable part number and as is advertised on our website:

If a component is determined to be defective upon receipt (not after being put into use), Custom Teak Marine, Inc. will either repair or replace the defective component at the discretion of Custom Teak Marine, Inc.  The customer must report any damage within the first day upon receipt (call our business line at 727-768-6065) and also obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) during this time period.  Otherwise, the component will not be authorized for exchange.

2.     Any and all custom marine woodwork performed per customerís written instruction and authorization shall not be subjected to nor have any expectation of any refund or exchanges associated with this work.  Any work considered to be defective by mutual agreement between the customer and Custom Teak Marine, Inc. will be rectified by Custom Teak Marine, Inc. at a time when it is convenient to both S & P Custom, Inc and the customer.  All warranty work must be performed at S&P Custom, Inc, 171 40th Ave. S. E., Petersburg, Fl. 33705.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Please submit any cancellation via Custom Teak Marine, Inc.ís business phone at 727-768-6065.

Please be prepared to provide the following during this telephone call; otherwise, it will not be possible to accommodate your wishes: First name, last name, order number, and email address.  This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order.  Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out.  In the event that a cancellation was submitted, and your order was shipped out afterwards, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping.  However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.

Warranty Policy:

Shipping Costs:

Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer.  All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested.  The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

Warranty Procedure:

The only resource available is via telephone as outlined above.  We suggest you contact our management team to determine whether the item is indeed defective before shipping.  Thus, during this conversation it is the customerís responsibility to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request.  See Return Policy above for more details.

90-Day Warranty:

1.   Small pre-fabricated teak woodwork components which carry an Custom Teak Marine, Inc. identifiable part number and as is advertised on our website carry an implied industry-standard 90-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure.  Warranty does not include normal wear and tear nor any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by Custom Teak Marine, Inc.

Out of Stock Policy:

  • It is very important to keep in mind when ordering Small pre-fabricated teak woodwork components which carry an Custom Teak Marine, Inc. identifiable part number and as is advertised on our website is that we are an exclusive custom teak marine woodwork manufacturer.  As such, we do not stock much inventory; thus, we manufacture items per customer order and generally are capable of shipping within two (2) to three (3) weeks after being in receipt of the order.

Payment:

  • Custom Teak Marine, Inc. provides encrypted on-line credit card payment processing via the on-line shopping cart as a convenience for our customers.

As part of our privacy and security practices, we do not store your credit card number in your order history. We request you kindly provide us with your credit card number every time you make a secure transaction.
